What are the Clinic Operating Hours and is it Open on Weekends?
Our clinic operates from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM. We understand the need for flexibility, so we also offer weekend appointments (Saturday and Sunday) by prior booking to accommodate busy schedules. We have our Tuesdays as weekly day off.
How do I book an appointment, and is there a way to reschedule if needed?
You can book an appointment by calling our clinic directly or booking through our website or whatsapp. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to find a more convenient time.
Where are your clinic locations, and do you have parking facilities?
Our clinic is located in Gurgaon with branches in Sector 45 and Sector 23 Palam Vihar. For your convenience, we have ample parking space near both locations.
What payment methods do you accept, and is there an option for installment plans?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. We also offer installment options and 0% EMI for certain treatments; please ask our administrative team for more details on available plans.
What are the Basic Consultation Charges in the Clinic?
The Consultation charges are Rs. 500/- only for Adults and Rs. 600/- for Kids/Specialist Consultation

We follow the most stringent sterilization protocol by following a 6 step Sterilization Regime to ensure 100% Sterilization of Instruments and Disinfection of Surfaces.
