How much does a root canal cost in Gurgaon?
At Healing Touch Dental, a root canal by a general dentist starts at ₹5,000 and a root canal by an endodontist at ₹5,500. Re-root canal treatment starts at ₹6,500. Root canal + crown packages start at ₹10,500 at our Palam Vihar clinic.
Is root canal treatment painful?
With good anaesthesia the procedure feels much like a filling. Mild soreness for two or three days afterwards is normal and settles with ordinary painkillers.
Can a root canal be done in one sitting?
Yes. Most cases without a large swelling are completed in one visit of about an hour. Infected or re-treatment cases may need two.
Do I need a crown after a root canal?
Back teeth almost always do, because a root-treated molar is more brittle. Front teeth sometimes manage with a filling.
How long does a root-treated tooth last?
With a good 3D seal and a crown, a root-treated tooth can last for decades, often a lifetime, with regular brushing and check-ups.
Can I go to work after a root canal?
Yes. Most people return to work the same day.
